Lee, the hanger I was telling you about can be seen on Google Earth at
34 degrees 59 minutes 35.37 seconds North
89 degrees 43 minutes 56.25 seconds West if you zoom in to an eye height of about 400 feet.
It is the northeast protrusion of the north hanger
Note that the Colonial Air Park icon is misplotted about a hundred yards off to the east.
This strip is grass, 2600 feet long, runs north-south, and slopes slightly down to the north.
The hangers and south half of the runway are in Mississippi. The north half of the runway is in Tennessee.
The planes presently based on the field include
a clip-wing J3 with C85/O200 stroker
a 65 hp J3
a Piper Vagabond
a Piper Clipper
a Cessna 140
a Stearman
3 Merlin GT's
a Sonerex
