No reason for posting this except hopefully to get it into the forum's searchable database where it might prove useful.

This looks to be a factory original panel installation. Virtually every visible screw has a Phillips head, disproving the notion that only slotted screws were used at the time.

Remove the battery condition indicator, and you have an early L-4B panel.
