I have a pair of J5A cub wings for sale. Recovered about 250 hrs ago with poly fiber, cruiser orange, each wing has a 18 gallon fuel tank. These wings are in good shape and still on the aircraft. $5000 you remove and transport, $6000 I remove, repaint and haul within 500 miles [after inspection and full payment] Hendersonville N.C. 828-606-9273 Steve

I am not in the market for your wings as I am restoring my J5A wings. I am interested in info on the 18 gal. fuel tanks in the wings, IE what tanks are they, is there an STC for them or field approval, etc.

Thank You for any help

The J-5 TCDS lists the other wing tank as an option so no STC required as I understand the FAA-If that is possible.
