I just purchased a ‘46 J3. Logbooks show original delivery in New Mexico. For approximately the next two years the plane was flown just about every day, ranging from .5 to 2 hours per day, for a total of 700 plus hours.

I am trying to figure out what purpose / use might have resulted in that pattern. Has anyone encountered similar log entries or would care to speculate?
