I call on metalworking specialists.
We realized during the restoration of our Piper L-4B, that the left lift strut is a little twisted up, about 8 to 10 mm up. Can it be straightened by heating and hammering, without risking to change the structure welds of this piece, which is essential for the support of wings and struts ?
