After redoing the bottoms on the 1500A's and 3 crappy winters here, the ski strip is finally open and I got up with my instructor for my first ski lesson.
So much fun! Had a great learning flight: great snow, a little overflow, and a lake windblown back to the ice, good light, flat light.
Thanks to those who have posted on here and supercub on plastic ski bottoms, they turned out great. Ended up using 1/4" because the shop had remanents that worked for cheap.
