For all of us flying with under LSA this proposed change will open up a bunch more options.
Not sure what impact this will have on Cubs, maybe little? Important to note that it is a "Proposed" change and there weren't specifics in this article. When it is published it I expect all the interested parties (LSA manufacturers, etc..) will make inputs.
