Gender reveal - Material suggestion needed

I have a pilot buddy who is expecting and has requested a gender reveal colored powder throw from my J3.
Any idea/experience what material and where to procure?
Also any ideas what is the best method/process.
Criteria is to do it safely, the powder material should not stick to the fabric or any other part of the airplane but bright enough where people could see. We plan to do the party in a grass strip in my home airport
