Expander brake needed!

Ok I know everyone will say time to upgrade to Grove but I am a little hesitant and do not like how the caliper sits so low on the J4 axle, besides I recently purchased new dust covers. Brakes only get used for run ups with a J4.

Anyway does anyone have 1 good expander tube assembly that I could purchase to replace my slow leaker?
