For sake of discussion: Continental C90-8, theoretically to be used in an experimental J3. What exists to get more horsepower? Has anybody ever put a blower on one of these engines? In 1998, the last year of the air-cooled Porsche engine the base model engine produced 282 hp, while the hopped up engine produced 415. Somewhat of an apples oranges comparison of the Porsche engines as they weren't exactly the same, but darn similar- horosontally opposed, air cooled, flat 6.

If this can be done to an air-cooled Porsche, why not a C90? There must be a way to create more HP.

Thoughts?
