I have a set of floats that came off of a J3 Cub, uncertain as to the date, it could have been 1942 and as late as 1946. The Floats are all wood. They look like Edo 1320's or 1140's. There are 6 inspection ports . They are 5 sided and concave on the bottoms. There are only 4 sections inside of the floats. There is no placarding. I cant find a good description or clear picture of Wollam floats that I have read were also pre WW2 manufacturers of wood floats for the J3/L4.
Does anyone have a picture, or specs for Wollam floats? Did Edo made wood floats?
I have photos if they would help.
