Cub Serial Numbers

I have expended hours searching on this site and the internet. No where can I find a year vs. serial number listing. Surely there is one somewhere. I'd sure like to know what serial number was the first of 1938. Since mine is a 38 I'm just wondering how many where built before mine. S/N 2433 should have been one of the first 38's built.
Any ideas?
