Just found this picture on the web. This L-4 was assigned to the XIII Corps Arty HQ. (68) Mine was assigned to XIII Corps when it was with the 25th FA Bn in March of '45.

I had been concerned about the large number of repairs and rivets on my cowls and how they looked far worse than you would likely have seen with all the casualty aircraft they had to get parts from, but then I saw this one and decided that mine looks just right!

Notice the 1 piece windshield, the clear wing root fairings and the 1 piece upper deck.
