Code on Aircraft Record Card - ACR

I know I can ask for a translation of my ARC received recently, but I would like to try to find the decoding info by myself it's more fun ;-)
Are there people on this forum who could give me the meaning of code that do not tell me anything?

- BLOT
- R
- POE
- Bud
- Exc INu LST R

I find that code "DUKO" mean = twelfth AF in ITALY. So I suppose that thi L-4 was on Italy campaign.
