Hey folks! Getting ready to tackle a potential upgrade on my 47 J-3 and wondering what you think is my best option/route. My grandfather who co-owns the J-3 is turning 90 this year, and so I've decided it's time to get a starter for the Cub. In addition, I'd like to have a little more get-up and go for those high density altitude days and long trips. Right now, I'm weighing the options between selling my A-65-8 and picking up a C-85-12, or changing to an A-65-9 adding a starter, and possibly upgrading to 75HP. Here are the specs of my current set-up:

A-65-8
4302 Mags
1500TT
500 SMOH (5 years SMOH)
Very low oil burn (hasn't been checked in years and I don't want to speculate but I RARELY add oil)

Let me know your opinion, experience, thoughts, advice etc...I genuinely appreciate any/all help!
