A65 cam follower identification

Removed a single cam follower/ lifter body and replaced it with a pma 21608.

Does anybody know what model engine the original one on the right, without the machined flats, is from?

I suppose it must have done its job, but I am just curious, as it doesn't match the part pic in the manual.
