My J3 8.00 x 4 wheels do not have the locking pin for the wheel base and the side rim. The lock ring it uses has a 90 degree bend at each end. One end drops into a hole in the wheel base and the other end fits into a recess on the side rim to keep them locked together and not spin. I'm looking for a ring to buy or someone who makes them. The ones that Spruce and Univair have are not the right design. Thanks - Bob
