I have rebuilt a Franklin that will fly experimental, as Pistons and bearings are not FAA cert. I need an exhaust system for the J-3 Franklin engine. I am in need of a firewall and window frame parts..........send pictures if you have any of these parts.........call Bob 734-634-0632 or e-mail at [email protected]

Believe it or not, Univair lists the left and right exhaust manifolds (NOS) for the 65 Franklin. The muffler and down pipe along with the two shrouds are the same as a Continental powered J3. I would call to see if they have the manifolds in stock . Just because it's listed in the price list doesn't mean they have them. The cowlings are different than a Cont. J3 but the boot cowl is the same.
