I have been up in this low time cub. It is very well taken care of and is a good example of the origanal J3.
1945 PIPER J3 CUB C65: ⢠$32,900 ⢠AVAILABLE FOR SALE ⢠2000 total time, 100 since major overhaul w/ chrome cyl. Ceconite covering (1977) in very good condition, metal spars, new struts and forks, Bendix mags, recent exhaust, original restored brakes w/ 8:00 Goodyears, restored original type instrument panel with cream faced gauges, Stewart-Warner non-recording tach, Sensenich wood prop, intercom, harness's. This is the frist time in 25 years being offered for sale. Always hangered. This bird is all original in configuration and color.
