I'm having a senior moment.
From my rather delapidated memory, after you pull the pushrod covers, you bend the end of a piece of safety wire 90° and cut the protrusion off short, then use it to fish the lifter body out. Is that correct?
Though I think the advice not to use a magnet is an old wive's tale, the downside risk is enough that I'd rather not use a magnet.
Any other suggestions?
