This is the typical point of failure for long wing Pipers. Caused by high wind loads while tied
down. I've seen failed fittings many times in Alaska. On a couple of occasions I've alerted an
    owner tha...

Harry, this is the fuel hose of concern. Automotive rubber hose with automotive fittings. The
sump is the least of my concern. With the new exhaust system installed, hose is within inches
    of 1100 deg ...

Harry, as an aside, I recommend replacement of gascolator to carb inlet fuel line to an heat
resistant aircraft style hose and end fittings and in particular eliminate the low slump area
    that can coll...

Harry, do the maths, but I think you will find a 78" prop will need to be pitched in the low
30's to get close to max power/rpm in climb (best take-off performance). Cruise will be slow
    even at 2500 r...

Harry, 72" Sensenich will get you out of any place you can land, except sticky mud , tall
grass, etc where great caution is advised. Think 30 meter take-offs with good technique at
    1200#'s. Balanced s...

This is not a tuned exhaust. It is an open flow exhaust, not as effective. I used new headers,
but the collector fits on OEM headers and it can be replaced with an OEM J-3 muffler/tailpipe.
    Mix and ma...

Never measured and sold the SC so not chance to do a test now. It went up like an elevator and
impressed every pilot I took for a ride. When I get my new cub flying, I'll report numbers.

HarryB, look at the Sensenich website. They also makes a similar looking but lighter built
design that is much less expensive for geared (dampened) engines like Rotax and I think Jabiru
    3300's. You ca...

Unless NRprop has a new design, not wise to use on direct drive high power pulse engines like
the 0-200. A beautiful propeller, but read the fine print. Re performance, expect more than 110
    hp dependi...
