    Try AC43.13-1B figure 4-18. It says a stringer, but out at the top all you have is a T section,

JLCub, I too would so much like to cover with Oratex but what to do about getting it signed off by AI? I am in poor spot for painting, so Oratex would be perfect except it is not certified yet. How were you going to get around that fact when it came for inspections?
