For the record I owned a Clark J-3 (NC 92012) which is now owned by a fellow member on this site. It is a beautiful aircraft, no issues with the logs and the current owner loves the ship. Gary

I am just reporting what I found. I have no intention of divulging N- number. When I asked Biplanes about the fuel installation, they wanted the N-number. No way - this is not my fight. I have nothing to do with the aircraft.

If paperwork exists approving mods like these, I could get it in the proper hands. I know there are STCs for the 90-12, and I personally hold a field approval for the PA-11 struts.

If the paperwork is not correct, it is not a vendetta; it is a problem.

By the by, if there is even the slightest chance that your 337s have defects, remember that they are public records, and anybody can look at them.

Now that the FSDO inspectors are too busy to look at them, they are simply filed by a minimum wage clerk. They can remain incorrect forever, unless something calls attention to them.
