Rob the eyebrow guys have an extra mounting hole for the front rocker screw. They survive better then the rest even with a flat metal prop.

There is NO difference between the 65 and the C90 or 0-200. I took the eyebrows off a 65 and put them on a C-90, they are exactly the same.

I have a legend cub with the extra mount on front valve cover of the eyebrows, the engine has approximately 400 hours and now has a crack on the rear all the way to the spark plug hole. So so much for the added mounting bracket.

Consider adding a 3rd mounting hole on the inboard side.
If you do, do not center it between the other two holes.
The goal is to change the resonance frequency.

Any chance you can share a picture. I'd be curious to see. Composites have far better fatigue resistance than metal so it is surprising to hear that yours cracked.

My solution, good for 4000 hours, is .040 soft aluminum, backed with a steel strip and two stainless ears for the screws. I use five round-head rivets per ear, and flush rivets everywhere else, along with some filler.

They still look great.
