Bob, its from the WASP web site. At the Wright Museum here in Wolfeboro, NH they have a section honoring the WASP's with all types of photo's of the gal's and their planes alone with a 45 minute DVD full of interviews and period movies of them flying and having fun. First time I watched it I cried. It was sad and it was emotional and it is fantastic.
As far as the plane, I would really wonder about the asymmetrical loading on the propellers where they over lap, specially in flight. Did that model fly?
Built a Pietenpol AirCamper, Model-A powered, NX3116.
Presently building an L-4, Experimental. From Cub Club Drawings.
“There’s nothing like flying. I would encourage anyone to at least try it. There’s nothing like being up there by yourself. You’re never closer to God than when you’re up in the sky.” ........WASP Helen Snapp
